我今年35歲不知道是工作壓力太大還是因為常常在睡前滑手機聽音樂玩FB這兩年來我上了床越來越常睡不著有時拖到兩三點才睡著 隔天工作效率很糟晚上回家早早就睡睡十幾個小時但是做很多夢就變成惡性循環而且周末會拼命睡 浪費很多時間而且常常早上起來時 肩頸背肌肉超硬超緊對了我睡著了會
