我29歲了,上星期開始運動,想練明顯的肌肉線條我的問題很簡單,就是我有在做仰臥起坐+滾輪那如果:1:我只單純的,做滾輪也會有腹肌嗎?2:只用滾輪,有壞處嗎?(比如練錯了,肌肉不好看)3.我是採取跪姿的,想說可以做比較多下,好象也比較安全,做太多下,會傷到身體嗎?PS,我上星期看訓��
