白天上班用電腦晚上回家看日劇只要不睡覺就是在電腦前@@我現在肩頸好痠痛去推拿可以有暫時的紓解但是費用好貴我自己也知道要改掉一直用電腦的習慣拉但你們說說這是說改就能改的嗎XD我偶爾有在打羽球、去瑜珈教室...但是最近工作越來越忙了,想要在家運動,大家有推薦嗎
