女性更年期症狀如何改善?吃什麼好?我今年46歲,很容易疲倦.失眠心悸.莫名的頭痛,平常也都有在運動,可是前陣子去醫院做骨質密度檢查,醫生說狀況跟之前差很多!!有可能是雌激素減少造成的,該如何改善??
