我每天睡前都有做仰臥起坐30~40下平常穿衣什麼的都有縮小腹肚臍以上幾乎是平的可是肚臍以下突出的很誇張而且摸起來還是硬的令人不解有人說我這是麵包肚我是真的很常吃麵包是不是麵包肚又加上脂肪堆積啊我到底該怎麼辦=口=※仰臥起坐真的有效嗎?做沒有持續的無氧運動就是只有短暫的(像是仰臥�
