請不要給我得網路訂購的東西!!!我還是學生!!提供一些運動.瑜珈或者是飲食方面的控制就好嚕!!因為我全身上下最"有肉"的地方就是大腿!!所以我覺得要讓體重變輕就應該要從大腿下手了吧!!我國二了!!身高ㄝ才146體重卻因為暑假了!!早餐當午餐吃然後又睡到中午((我ㄝ沒辦法ˊˋ最近睡覺都會做惡夢,�
