如題我想減肥我試過很多方法像是我早餐午餐晚餐就只吃一包蘇打餅晚餐會吃一顆蘋果然後一直運動雖這樣瘦了5公斤但是後來都瘦不下來我身高161體重69整個胖的不像話請有減肥成功經驗的人告訴我怎麼瘦幫我排個菜單別再告訴我少吃多動...Showmore
