我身高171體重54..年齡17下半身比例健康完美但上半身皮包骨!手骨很細、肩胛骨又突出!一低頭從我的脖子就可以看到脊椎!個人飲食正常、但生活習慣12~1點睡覺沒午休!早上8點起床!天天都會適當運動30分鐘~1小時的運動!!!很多人都跟我建議吃"高蛋白",說這樣比較容易長肉!對我而言我真的還蠻需要補
