我是女的....學生....身高160體重53(天啊~好胖><")其實原本是50~51徘徊,然後就想減到47~49,剛好寒假又到了,所以想趁寒假減肥,可是我做了一個錯誤的方法,就是運動完就吃東西,所以不到5天就增重了2~3公斤(很誇張吧)....所以我決定重新再出發><"現在每天都會去運動,大概3小時吧!!那..運動完可以��
