我只吃早餐,正常吃午餐跟晚餐都不吃(餓時喝一大罐水或多多)然後晚上會做30~50分中的運動(抬腿ˋ仰臥起坐ˋ手臂等等的)請問我這樣能瘦嗎???這個方法我已經用哩2天想問這樣是否能瘦下來....因為我體重過重哩....想減肥...我體重57kg身高卻只有155cm>\"<
