我是一個很喜歡打籃球的人每個禮拜會打兩次到三次最少最少每個禮拜至少會打一次星期三晚上會打兩個小時的全場比賽另外大多是鬥牛一打也是兩個小時左右我的運動量也算大但光打球好像瘦不太下來喔有人說籃球是無氧運動所以不太會消耗脂肪都是消耗葡萄糖真的是這樣嗎??...Showmore
