每天工作壓力大工作時間又長日積月累下來身體早就不堪負荷尤其最近開始常感覺好累上網尋找補充精神的辦法有人建議要多運動但每天忙完工作我真的只想趕快補充睡眠實在沒有精神和體力去運動但可笑的是不管我睡多久還是覺得累有人說也許是身體需要排毒又考量到自己本身很忙碌所以想採用食用�
