我知道瑜珈以及有氧舞蹈(不管是哪種的)對我們的健康以及美容有很大的療效。小女子進日來身體容易腰酸背痛,脖子也常常有僵硬的情況....皮膚也枯黃毫無生氣!想請教對瑜珈or有氧舞蹈有研究的前輩們!能否提供幾套能改善上述的症狀以及使氣色紅潤、皮膚恢復彈性的可在家自行做的方法?!在此感激不�
