目前懷孕8周,常常有便秘的情形,發現多吃奇異果排便會變的順暢。1.請問懷孕期間常常吃奇異果好嗎?2.想要在懷孕時做瑜珈,何時較適合?LULU的好孕瑜珈一書有誰看過?因為擔心懷孕沒上班會胖太多,產後減不下來
