我是個女孩子,我本身沒有運動的習慣,身高159,體重46~47,是正常或過瘦範圍內,但是我的下半身就是真的好肥...我本身算是易胖易瘦的體質,從沒有認真減肥過,都是單只靠飲食或走走路控制體重,我晚上不吃澱粉,相較以前有養成比較不愛甜食跟油炸的習慣,但是肉還是鬆的,以前曾經41公斤過,
