我會練習瑜珈是因為想減肥︿︿"還有 我有背痛.脊椎骨酸痛的症狀我看電視上有人說練瑜珈可以獲得改善但是聽說瑜珈姿勢不正確會造成脊椎受傷或拉傷要怎樣知道自己因為姿勢不正確而造成傷害ㄋ?像我自己最近在做〝金鋼坐變化式〞她要跪坐手舉高往後仰但是做這ㄍ動作時我都會覺ㄉ脊椎好痛��
