我身高186體重81現23歲國高中因為念書長期久坐加上國中重量訓練時偏重右邊未能平衡訓練高中時發現胸椎側彎但當時未做矯正目前胸椎與腰椎都有側彎胸椎約23度左髖關節活動度極差無法做到將膝蓋抱到胸前的動作目前我從事的運動為武術(大學才開始)最近開始留意到重量訓練的必要性但我了解自己的��
