目前我有做瑜珈,因為我體重頗有分量,之前沒有做瑜珈時身體筋骨真的滿硬的,脖子肩膀也常常痠痛,不過最近參加瑜珈脖子不會酸痛了,本來我還有點以為我是不是有高血壓,最近做了兩個星期有比較改善,睡眠也變為正常,可是我胃口變更好了,雖然沒有亂吃,但是我做瑜珈,好像沒有想像中瘦�
