我ㄉ骨盆外擴很嚴重...就連骨盆接大腿骨的地方外凸很嚴重那邊應該稱為髖骨我ㄉ上半身穿S號下半身穿XL號比例真的差很多...就連很瘦時屁股還是很大第一個問題:請問作瑜珈運動是否可以把骨盆或髖骨調整ㄉ回來嗎?第二個問題:要做多久ㄉ運動?第三ㄍ問題:假如可以調的回來有哪些瑜珈姿勢或運動可以��
