每次跳完有氧或瑜珈後肚子難免有點空虛...不過又怕馬上吃東西會吸收太多~之前的努力飆汗都白費了...到底有哪些注意事項?可吃或不可吃的食物或飲品呢....有時跳有氧左邊的小腹位置會痛痛的餒....為什麼會降勒!?另外另外有哪位水水知道哪廠牌的瘦身霜有效呢?!先塗抹後運動的方式對嗎?多謝大家幫忙�
