早餐:桂格大燕麥片泡克寧零脂肪奶粉一大碗午餐:沒吃正餐,下午吃個小點心2**大卡晚餐:茶葉蛋X2(吃其中一顆蛋黃)+7-11無糖高纖豆漿運動:仰臥起坐X100請問我持續這樣會有效果嗎?因為我是升學學生所以只能做簡單的運動大概一個月能瘦多少呢?
