請問一下各位,現在冬天目前我運動狀況是這樣,早上起來先吃一份早餐,然後隔一個小時開始暖身然後運動,運動完,收操拉筋,然後洗熱水澡。我想問的問題是:1,我起床後吃一份早餐在運動比較好?還是應該起床後運動,運動完再吃早餐?哪個比較健康?2,平常運動完我都洗溫水,但是目前是��
