我最近在睡前都會仰臥起坐最多100下空中腳踏車最多500下然後下午有空就去快走一個小時聽說要做到流汗才會見效可是我現在在美國天氣已經入冬了很難流汗說~"~總之這些運動大概要持續多久才會見效阿?...Showmore
