因為學校過一陣子要辦運動會了老師說每個人都要去參加一項我平常只有慢跑(3~4公里)的習慣以往的經驗...我快跑100或是200不知為什麼總是衝的比人家慢很多腳一下就酸了~然後就衝不快=.=想請問我這樣應該報名800還是100人家說100一下就跑完~輸了也沒差800是個煎熬...如果要挑戰~~我應該繼續往800的方向做�
