想問一下關於關節退化的保養方式,除了少做劇烈運動之外,避免關節處多磨損,還有甚麼方式可以用,我有聽過用葡萄糖胺,不知道這樣資訊正確嗎?那用了葡萄糖胺可以完整讓關節好起來嗎
