請問一下我身高183體重65有再打籃球想趁暑假想健身練ㄧ些肌肉不是說一定要練的很結實很大塊只是想至少可以有一些線條出來我是每天大約晚上會花個差不多兩個多小時上健身房的重訓前大約會慢跑個差不多20幾30分鐘大約跑個1.5~2KM左右有些問題想請問各位請大家給我一些意見^^1.我現在是禮拜1.4專門��
