我每個禮拜一、三、五下午4-5點參加有氧運動班,已經維持一個多月了,雖然體重有稍微下降一些些,但外觀並不明顯,但是我還是很喜歡運動後流汗的感覺。最近我也想要學瑜珈,想利用二、四、六的時間學,但感覺有氧及瑜珈是兩個截然不同的東西,如果一起進行的話不知道會不會有反效果,順便�
