請教一下有經驗的人1.橫桿重量列不列入計算?就是我左邊25KG,右邊25KG,聽說橫桿大約7KG所以我一次就是57KG囉?2.我做史密斯時不算橫桿重量,先做左右各10KG,10下一組,共三組再做左右15KG,組量組數同上再做左右20KG,組量組數同上再做左右25KG,組量組數同上這樣OK嗎?對胸大肌有幫助嗎?還有最後再做左
