1.我做拉筋操瑜珈時只要做頭頂會面向地面的動作就會疼痛,那種痛像是去撞到堅硬物體受了傷的痛-2.還有關於做完運動問題伸展操不會,但瑜珈會照理說做完應該會比較舒服但我做完全身緊繃隔天酸痛是正常可是我會出現緊張性頭痛症狀持續兩三天才好,下次做完又會有相同症狀所以瑜珈只做一個月��
