因為我家沒有人可以陪我打球ˋ練對碰所以我想問有什麼能夠一個人完成的練習托球ˋ扣球ˋ接球可以增加自己的能力(我想變強)或者是可以增進自己彈跳力ˋ手臂ˋ手腕力量的重量訓練越多越詳細越好喔如果是球隊的可以跟我說你們都做什麼的訓練~謝謝!!還有請問扣球要怎麼做才能扣的有力道是不是跟起�
