我是一個三十歲的人,因為之前腳部開刀,很久無法正常跑步,線在看到了電視上不斷的推行運動,也想鍛鍊自己,有一天我看到了再當兵的朋友的體能標準,依我的年齡標準3000公尺要15分鐘內,不知道現在我開始鍛鍊還來不來得及,能達到和軍中一樣的標準嗎?有沒有人可以提供我如何鍛鍊的方法,我現在只要跑個
