上半身都還可以,下半身卻很肥胖,胖到已經讓我覺得很誇張,覺得這樣的比例實在是差太多,我特別去練瑜珈,想要雕塑自己身材,但我練了好久,也還是一樣下半身肥胖,我現在已經停止瑜珈,我想要另外找尋好的減肥辦法,請告訴我什麼方法比較可以把下半身也變苗條
