由於工作的關係,需長時間站立,每天約7~9小時…同事說如果想預防靜脈曲張,最好穿著護理襪、並常做抬腳的運動。而我腳裸附近已經有出現一些細微血管現象,但還不到青筋暴露的程度啦!現在才穿有效果嗎?需要看醫生吃藥改善嗎?要怎樣它才會消失回復原來的樣子呢?而靜脈曲張會帶來什麼影�
