我是女生,最近四個月以來因為太放鬆導致胖了五公斤,最近發憤圖強要減肥,除了飲食控制之外,也想在睡前做點運動來雕塑身材,針對大腿與手臂的運動應該沒啥問題,但是針對肚子的部份,我是採用仰臥起坐的方式,第一天做20下,第二天做25下,每天增加5下,不過做到第四天的時候,突然有人��
