我昨天體育課就有測仰臥起坐..做完肚子有點痠痠的!!(因為太久沒運動了..)其ㄊ的就沒有異常可是今天早上..起床後..屁股上方的那段脊椎超痠..就好像跌倒撞到的感覺依樣為啥會這樣呢?可是我之前也有測過卻不會脊椎痛ㄟ.....Showmore
