我今年36歲.最近開始進健身房1個多月了.大概每週3天每次都會做30-60分鐘的有氧再去做60-90分鐘的重訓.做完後我都會吃蛋白.喝豆漿或吃點雞肉.就是正常飲食.我原本身高(印象中)184.體重78..可今天公司體檢身高變成186.體重81.請問這是正常的情形嗎?自我感覺是覺得身上二頭肌三頭肌有變比較硬.胸大肌有比�
