我已經健身7個月了我21歲身高175剛開始健身體重53.5現在大概56..進步極為緩慢..我自從練滿三個月後就沒再進步了老實講我體型沒什麼變頂多就是線條明顯了變比較結實這樣但也沒差多少..我上健身房練的現在大概一週練2~3天分別練有氧+腿、背+二頭、三頭+三角+胸然後腹肌我覺得我最大的問題是吃太少所
