如題~我身高170~最近開始迷上健身~體重從52公斤吃到60公斤左右~搭配GNC的營養奶昔最近胸肌和腹肌都有出來~但是還是覺得太單薄尤其是胸肌~腹肌則是有形狀~但是六塊不明顯~所以想請各位大大~有健身經驗的幫忙一下1.大概你們到完美的身型~身高多少~體重是多少呢??我大概還要吃到多少呢?2.我想要練出完
