我現在阿173CM60KG因為夏天要到了玩水不想要在秀出排骨我想練出復肌胸肌的想要塑型不想變成很大隻這樣就是線條漂亮這樣如果勤練一個月就會有形狀了嗎?(每天可能投入2-3小時的話PS不吃蛋白~)因為本身有在打籃球想讓自己比較有爆發力如果練腳的話阿小腿肌是不是會變大阿...?能不讓小腿肌變大的方法
