目前176cm,57kg想在兩個月內減重到52kg以下要怎麼做才能達成?每天的飲食?沒有時間可以運動一天只吃一餐少量正餐,一餐水果,其他時間餓了就喝水或無糖綠茶,這樣能辦到嗎?
