請問紅花籽油(共軛亞麻油酸)適合在運動前食用嗎?我購買的商品是建議在飯前一小時如果改成運動前,不知可不可以?效果會不會更好?(每天晚上都會做有氧+重訓,時間大概30分鐘)謝謝
