我是女生28歲身高158體重50.4BMI20體脂肪28我都有持續運動習慣,也有上健身房做重訓課程。因為以前是運動校隊,所以本身運動量跟體能比一般女生高~三餐也正常飲食,沒有大吃大喝。喜歡運動所以對飲食都不敢亂吃~前幾個月體脂有降到24左右~但滿操的~我的舊傷就會有些不舒服~想問各位健身教練~我飲食很�
