我患有痛風之前看書有說到,痛風患者不太宜做劇烈的運動(跑步,籃球)而我自己也體驗到了平時我不怎麼跑步,但前天心血來潮去跑了一下(隔天又有騎腳踏車&游泳)結果昨晚腳就開始不舒服(痛風的那種不舒服)今早就腫的連路都不能走了今天問醫生,這是不是跑步造成的,醫生說可能性很高所以想問,如果��
