小弟我經過一學期的努力體重已從94降到75.5可是因為我所做的運動都是跳繩仰臥起坐呼拉圈似乎都是腰部腰圍也從42左右降到32(34?)可是去試衣服才發現大腿跟小腿似乎受的比較少1.想請問有啥運動能促進大小腿的塑身?2.最近想鍛練胸肌跟臂力伏地挺身是目前找到的方法可是要從幾下開始做起好呢?感謝各�
