我大概180CM69KG個人覺得不夠壯看電視一些180CM的運動員都80KG以上本身也有在運動,因此想要增加身體強度和視覺美觀而且我的肩膀比較窄,想要練的寬一點~要怎麼練?現在一個禮拜大約會去1~2次游泳和做重訓,主要想要能邊增胖邊增肌肉~而不要只增胖...謝謝~!!
