起初我是因為最近痘痘比較多所以決定早睡..平常都到12點或1點才睡..那天我10點多就睡了..之後的一個禮拜我都完全無法入眠....只有其中一天我從零成4點睡到了早上九點多被手機吵醒..之後我嘗試過各種辦法如喝一點酒...或是起床看書..換房間睡...但都無法睡著..有時我真的累到受不了...下午午休想補眠
