請問...我是女生身形瘦瘦但胸部蠻大的不過卻不挺我想練胸肌讓胸形完美但又害怕練扶地挺身會像男人胸口變厚..肩膀變寬1-請問女生練胸肌的話要怎樣能只練到胸部啊?2-另市面上有一種練腹肌的滾輪那種可以練到嗎?3-最後再請問如果施力或姿勢不正確會不會導致我胸口胸腔部分的骨頭突出啊??PS:因為三�
