這個問題已經困擾小弟我很久了,也知道投籃最主要的力量來自於腳,罰球線投球不會感到吃力,但越往後面接近三分線時就感到力量不夠而投出麵包,是腳的力量不夠還是手的力量不夠還是姿勢的問題等......,如果小弟有說錯或觀念上的問題麻煩各位高手請指點小弟一下,感激。
