我以前有在一家私人健身房練過我那時的訓練方法是以仰臥推舉舉例我最多可以推55公斤所以我從30405055公斤然後再從55公斤降下去一開始進步的很快但是我上大學以後在學校的重訓室練卻一直沒有進步而且胸肌也沒有明顯充血的感覺隔天也不會痠是不是訓練方法要改變?我想把肌肉練大!!主要是胸肌二頭�
