我媽罹患憂鬱症時間已有5~6年左右這段期間都有持續接受醫師與藥物的治療但效果並不佳,最近甚至精神或動作反應遲滯愈來愈嚴重這段期間也搞的家人身心俱疲,不知道要如何幫忙做起媽媽本身有在練瑜珈(之前有興趣)但是這段期間好像是為了要讓我們放心才去練而爸爸每個星期日都會帶媽媽去爬山接觸
